Section - Custom Craftsmanship & Warranty All custom-painted key fobs are bespoke items. Due to the nature of custom automotive painting, minor imperfections or slight color variations from digital screens may occur. We provide a 1-year warranty specifically covering the 2K clear coat against natural peeling or UV fading. This warranty explicitly voids if the key fob is subjected to heavy gouges, hard drops, chemical exposure, or water damage.

Section - Send-In Key Liability For customers utilizing our "Send-In Owner Key" service, Bespoke: Custom Key Fob is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged keys while in transit to our facility. The customer assumes all responsibility for securely packaging and providing tracking for their inbound shipment. Our liability begins only upon physical receipt of the key at our Markham facility and ends once the carrier scans the outbound tracking number for the completed product.

Section - Electronics & Programming For "Shell Only" purchases, we are not responsible for any damage the customer causes to their internal circuit board during the transfer process. For keys purchased with internal boards, the customer assumes full responsibility for securing local programming through a certified locksmith or dealership.
